Dermot Kennedy has just announced his biggest headline tour to date, set to take over arenas across Europe and the UK in May and June 2026, including a massive return to London’s O2 Arena on Friday 5th June.

The multi-platinum Irish singer-songwriter will play six UK arena shows as part of the tour, following an already sold-out two-night run at Dublin’s Aviva Stadium. General sale for the UK dates kicks off at 10am GMT on Friday 28th November.
Special guest on all UK dates will be rising Irish folk trio Amble, fresh from standout performances at Kennedy’s MISNEACH festival earlier this year. Their rich harmonies and acoustic warmth are the perfect complement to Kennedy’s emotionally charged set.
Kennedy’s rise from Dublin busker to international headliner has been nothing short of meteoric. With over 4 billion global streams, his 2019 debut Without Fear remains Ireland’s best-selling album of the millennium, while follow-up Sonder (2022) solidified his reputation for emotionally charged, anthemic songwriting. His 2024 EP I’ve told the trees everything saw a return to stripped-back storytelling, highlighting his gift for lyrical intimacy.

The 2026 tour will span fan favourites from across his discography, as well as brand-new material expected to be released next year. Known for his raw and heartfelt live performances, Kennedy has previously sold out Madison Square Garden and The O2, and recently shared festival bills with the likes of Zach Bryan, Niall Horan and Noah Kahan.
He’s also been busy behind the scenes. Earlier this year, Kennedy launched MISNEACH, a new global music festival celebrating Irish talent and culture. The sold-out events in Sydney and Boston featured acts like The Frames, Kneecap, Matt Corby, and Ye Vagabonds, along with headline sets from Kennedy himself.
With critical acclaim, massive fan loyalty, and support from major artists including Taylor Swift and Shawn Mendes, this upcoming tour marks a landmark moment in Kennedy’s already remarkable career.
