This past weekend, Manchester’s music scene was in full swing with a sold-out all-dayer at Jimmy’s. The venue buzzed with live performances from rising stars, with young and emerging artists gracing the stage from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The atmosphere was electric, with music only pausing between the half-hour sets of each band.

LuCoo Live All Dayer brought some of the UK’s most exciting up-and-coming bands to the Mancunian audience, creating an unforgettable day of rock, alternative, and indie music. Featured acts included York-based Hello Operator, Oldham’s three-piece band Gardenback, The Nix from Stockport, the British-Portuguese group Louie Louie, Burnley’s own The Goa Express, indie artist Maddy Storm, and the Manchester-born headliners Dantevilles.

While technical difficulties briefly interrupted Louie Louie’s set, the band handled the situation with ease. Lead singer Rita Faria lightened the mood, joking, “We’re a professional band… usually,” keeping the audience engaged and entertained.
