Take That’s latest single, “You and Me,” is out now! This upbeat track, filled with harmonies that blend beautifully, was first played on Zoe Ball’s BBC Radio 2 show this morning. It’s classic Take That, perfect for singing along in stadiums and arenas. This release precedes their massive live tour, “This Life On Tour,” starting in just two weeks in Sheffield on April 13th.
“You and Me” marks the band’s return to the spotlight since the success of their ninth studio album, “This Life,” which stormed the charts upon its release in November. The album quickly became the fastest-selling album by a British artist in 2023.
The upcoming “This Life On Tour” will span 41 dates across 15 cities in the UK and Ireland, featuring the trio – Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, and Howard Donald. They’ll be joined by special guest Olly Murs.
Known for their spectacular live performances, Take That has a history of record-breaking productions. They currently hold the record for the most shows at London’s The O2, with 34 headline performances. The “Progress” tour in 2011 made history by selling over 1 million tickets in less than 24 hours, ranking as the UK’s biggest tour and landing them third on Billboard’s annual ‘Top 25 Tours’ list worldwide. In 2019, the band celebrated their 30th anniversary with the sold-out Odyssey tour, playing to over 650,000 fans across 38 dates in arenas and stadiums.
