Corella are capping off a big year with an even bigger one. The Manchester indie rock band have announced a 13-date UK and Ireland tour for February 2027, tickets on sale Friday 2 October, arriving hot on the heels of their second album, A Beautiful World To Lose, out now via FLG.
The album’s barely a fortnight old, and Corella have already been putting it through its paces: it landed on 18 September alongside a seven-date UK warm-up run that gave fans a first live look at songs like ‘Rewire’ and ‘Jump Scare’ before this bigger tour was even on the table. Where those two are built for chaos, riffs sharp enough to tip a room over the edge, the album’s quieter moments, ‘Lost A Friend’ and ‘All I Want’ among them, do the opposite: pulling a room in close instead of sending it off the rails.
That range is exactly what’s got Corella this far. Main stage slots at Reading & Leeds, capacity headline runs across the UK and Europe, and support tours with Pale Waves, Circa Waves, The Wombats and, most recently, Kaiser Chiefs back in March, have built the kind of following that turns a February tour into an actual event rather than a diary filler.
Frontman Joel Smith isn’t underselling it:
“We’re kicking 2027 off with our biggest headline tour yet… getting back into this with the cities we know and love, as well as our first Irish dates in some time, feels incredible.”
The run opens in Dublin on 9 February and Belfast the night after, the band’s first Irish dates in a while, before working through Glasgow, Newcastle, Leeds, Birmingham, Norwich, London, Portsmouth, Cardiff, Bristol and Nottingham. It closes exactly where it should: back home, at Manchester’s Albert Hall, on 25 February.
