It’s been nearly a decade since Josh Groban last performed in New Zealand, and even longer since he toured Australia, but in 2026, that unmistakable voice is finally returning. Frontier Touring, alongside MG Live and Arena Touring, have announced the GEMS World Tour, bringing Groban’s greatest hits, rarities, and new fan favourites across both countries in February and March 2026.
Kicking off in Auckland on 25 February at Spark Arena, the tour then hits major cities across Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Fans can expect a setlist that spans Groban’s blockbuster career, from the chart-topping ballads that first put him on the map to newer deep cuts pulled from Hidden Gems, his latest fan-fuelled release.
This tour isn’t just about nostalgia. Gems and Hidden Gems celebrate Groban’s evolution, a curated mix of his most iconic tracks and long-requested rarities that highlight his musical versatility. These songs were recently brought to life during a sold-out, five-night run at The Colosseum in Las Vegas, and 2026’s shows promise the same vocal power and emotional punch, but this time, Down Under.
Groban’s career has stretched far beyond albums. From Broadway to Netflix, The Office to Sweeney Todd, he’s cemented his status as one of music’s rare crossover talents. And whether he’s performing a holiday classic or a newly penned ballad, his ability to connect with audiences hasn’t faded.
Presented by MG Live, Arena Touring, and Frontier Touring, the GEMS World Tour marks a long-awaited return, and judging by the buzz, it’s going to be a big one. Presale access opens to Frontier Members from 1pm local time on 27 November, with general tickets available from 1 December.
