Good Charlotte announce 2026 Australia & New Zealand tour with Yellowcard and Kisschasy

Good Charlotte are officially coming back, and they’re kicking off their world tour right here in New Zealand. The pop-punk icons will headline the brand-new Live at the Domain concert series on 27 February 2026 at Auckland Domain, marking their first NZ show in eight years and the first announced date of their global Motel Du Cap World Tour.

UPDATE – The already stacked Live at the Domain lineup just got even louder. Joining Good Charlotte and Yellowcard on the February 27th bill are US rock heavyweights Highly Suspect and reunited Kiwi legends Tadpole. Highly Suspect’s return to Aotearoa follows their 2024 sold-out tour and their now-iconic track “The Blue-Eyed Devil,” dubbed “New Zealand’s Song” by the band. Meanwhile, Tadpole’s comeback continues to build momentum, with new vocalist Lauren Marshall breathing fresh fire into their early 2000s legacy. With these two additions, this one-day rock fest just levelled up.

After eight years away, Good Charlotte are finally returning to Australia and New Zealand in February 2026, kicking off the first leg of their Motel Du Cap World Tour. If you’ve ever shouted “Girls don’t like boys, girls like cars and money” at the top of your lungs, then this tour is for you.

The tour includes arena shows across Australia and a huge outdoor headline show in Auckland, as part of the brand-new Live at the Domain summer concert series. Supporting across the run are Yellowcard, back in full swing with a new Travis Barker-produced album, and Aussie favourites Kisschasy, riding a wave of momentum since their long-awaited comeback.

This run celebrates Good Charlotte’s brand new album Motel Du Cap, their first in seven years, a record that captures the spirit of their early 2000s days while reflecting everything they’ve lived through since. Expect high-energy chaos, deep-cut throwbacks, and massive crowd singalongs with the anthems that defined an entire scene: The Anthem, Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous, Girls & Boys, I Just Wanna Live, and more.

Frontman Joel Madden says the return to Australia feels long overdue:

“It’s been far too long since we’ve spent time with our Aussie fans. We’re all in for a big treat.”

And he’s not wrong. Yellowcard are back after almost a decade away, armed with a new album (Better Days) and a reminder that Ocean Avenue still hits just as hard as it did in 2003. Their 2025 return has been emotional, and unmissable.

And let’s talk about Kisschasy. If you came of age with Do-Do’s and Whoa-Oh’s or Opinions Won’t Keep You Warm at Night, you already know they’re one of Australia’s most essential emo exports. Their reunion in 2022 reignited everything, and 2025’s single Lie to Me proves they’ve still got plenty to say.

Whether you grew up watching these bands on Rage or you’re just discovering how loud a crowd can get when Little Things drops, this is one for the history books.

Don’t miss the Motel Du Cap Tour. Australia and New Zealand, get ready to scream like it’s 2004 all over again.
