Seven-time GRAMMY nominee and global R&B powerhouse Khalid is officially set to bring his “It’s Always Summer Somewhere Tour” to Australia and New Zealand this November 2026. Presented by Frontier Touring and MG Live, the tour marks Khalid’s long-awaited return to Southern Hemisphere arenas for the first time since 2019. Adding to the excitement, the singer has confirmed that fellow pop visionary and multi-platinum artist Lauv will join him as a special guest on all dates, making this one of the most anticipated double-bills of the year.

The tour kicks off on Tuesday, 10 November, at Auckland’s Spark Arena before heading across the Tasman for a run of massive Australian shows. The itinerary includes Brisbane’s Riverstage, Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena, Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena, and a final night at Perth’s RAC Arena. Khalid, who was recently honored with the “Disruptor” Award at the Billboard Music Summit, expressed his eagerness to reconnect with his fans Down Under. He noted that the tour feels like a “full-circle moment,” allowing him to share the energy of his music face-to-face after a significant period away from the global stage.

Fans can expect a setlist that spans Khalid’s record-breaking career, from the diamond-certified breakout hit “Location” and the 11x Platinum “Young, Dumb & Broke” to tracks from his most recent album, After The Sun Goes Down. Released in late 2025, the new project has been hailed by critics for its “vibrant” and “slinky” blend of 80s-inspired synths and contemporary R&B. Combined with Lauv’s repertoire of soul-baring pop hits like “I Like Me Better” and tracks from his new EP songs i couldn’t forget, the tour promises an evening of high-energy performance and emotional resonance.
