Indie icon Jamie T has officially announced his forthcoming sixth studio album, Ghosts (100 Days of Morning), set for release on October 9th via Polydor Records.

The 11-track collection marks the follow-up to his 2022 UK Official Albums Chart #1 record The Theory of Whatever. Written and produced alongside long-time collaborator James Dring, Hugo White (The Maccabees), and Olly Burden, the new project explores themes of growing up, leaving youth behind, and confronting past versions of oneself. The record also features additional keys from Damon Albarn on the track “Cocktail” and a cover of The Jam’s classic “Ghosts.”
Speaking on the concept behind the album, Jamie T shared:
“Everyone has a part of themselves they keep at arm’s length, even from the people they love. ‘Ghosts’ to me is about seeing that version of yourself for the first time in a long time and trying to hold on to it. This album is me trying to find that again.”
To celebrate the announcement, Jamie T has released the album’s lead single and opening track, “3310,” alongside an official music video directed by Rob Thorogood. The track turns the classic Nokia handset and drinking snakebite into razor-sharp indie poetry set over driving guitar riffs.
