Tucker Wetmore: The Support Act Who Owned the Room
Tucker Wetmore is a name you’ll be seeing at the top of festival posters very soon. From the second he stepped out, he utilized the stage walkway as if he owned it, getting right into the thick of the crowd. He proved he’s more than a viral sensation, delivering powerhouse vocals on hits like “Wind Up Missin’ You,” “Proving Me Right,” and the grit-soaked “Wine Into Whiskey.”
The connection between Tucker and the Kiwi crowd was instant, culminating in a heartfelt moment where he addressed the arena:

Jordan Davis: “I’m a Sinner, Not a Preacher”

He also paid tribute to his roots, reminiscing about his grandfather’s old Chevy truck, which always had a Bible sitting in the middle of the seat, before playing a soulful rendition of “Church in a Chevy.”
Collaboration and a Surprise Hero
The night was packed with collaborative energy. Tucker Wetmore returned to the stage to lead a roaring rendition of “Wagon Wheel,” with Jordan admitting Tucker might actually “sing this one a little bit better.” This followed a diverse run of covers, including James Bay’s “Let It Go” and Chris Stapleton’s “Starting Over.”
