Fresh from taking home Best Group at the 2026 Pacific Music Awards, Wellington trio A.R.T are keeping their momentum going with the release of their smooth new single, “Look At Me”.
Co-written alongside Sammy Johnson and produced by The Ikonics, the track marks a welcome return to the R&B-meets-reggae fusion that won fans over on their earlier standout single, “Over Now”. Carrying a distinct early 90s R&B nostalgia, the song delivers an addictive, slow-jam atmosphere built on warm, reggae-influenced production and the trio’s signature three-part harmonies.
Lyrically, “Look At Me” dives straight into the frustrating grey area of modern romance—trapped right between genuine connection and a total lack of commitment. Navigating mixed signals, broken promises, and unanswered questions, the core theme lands on a straightforward emotional ultimatum: look me in the eyes and tell me you don’t feel what I feel.
The new release arrives as part of A.R.T’s ambitious First Thursdays campaign, which sees the group committing to releasing fresh music every month throughout 2026. Following their major career milestone at the Pacific Music Awards, “Look At Me” proves that the Wellington trio are operating at the very top of their game.
A.R.T’s new single “Look At Me” is out now on all major streaming platforms.
