Cameron Whitcomb Unleashes “Want For Nothing” as The Hard Way Era Reaches Full Blast

Cameron Whitcomb has released "Want For Nothing" alongside The Hard Way (Complete Edition), ahead of his Lollapalooza debut and the launch of his fall US headline tour.

Cameron Whitcomb isn’t hitting the brakes anytime soon. The former pipeline worker turned folk-country dynamo has just dropped his soul-stirring new single “Want For Nothing,” anchoring the expanded release of The Hard Way (Complete Edition) via Atlantic Outpost.

The track is already tearing up social feeds. Teasers racked up over 2.5 million views before the full song even landed, while a recent clip for “The Hard Way” clocked an eye-watering 95 million views in just two weeks. To top off the release week, Whitcomb is stepping out for his official Lollapalooza debut in Chicago, taking over the Airbnb Stage for a high-octane set.

The momentum keeps building off the back of his breakout hit “Kingdom of Fear,” which earned Whitcomb his first Billboard Hot 100 entry and officially impacts US Hot AC Radio. The track has turned into an international powerhouse, cracking the Top 10 across Canada, Belgium, and the Netherlands, and climbing into the Top 5 on Country Radio in the UK and Australia.

Live fans are snatching up tickets at breakneck speed. Stops on his ongoing Fragile Egos Tour and his upcoming fall run, The Kingdom of Fear Tour, are already hitting sold-out status—including major dates in Toronto and Dallas. The fall headline tour kicks off September 24 at Nashville’s legendary Ryman Auditorium, with $1 from every ticket sold benefiting mental health non-profit Project Healthy Minds via PLUS1.
