The 2026 edition of CarFest wrapped up its most ambitious year yet, transforming the iconic Silverstone Circuit into a vibrant three-day celebration of live music, culinary excellence, motorsport culture, and charitable giving from August 28th to 30th. - Sporting Bears Dream Rides: The fan-favourite passenger ride initiative passed the historic £1 million lifetime fundraising mark, generating over £70,000 this weekend alone through high-speed circuit laps.
- CarFest Grand Raffle: Festival-goers contributed £31,850 in direct raffle ticket sales across the three days.
- Chery Charity Handover: Automotive brand Chery took to the main stage alongside Olympic legend Sir Mo Farah and Chris Evans to hand over a massive corporate charity donation, celebrating with a crowd-wide “Mobot” YMCA.
- Unscripted Generosity: In an emotional Sunday main stage moment, a festival attendee handed over £1,000 cash originally set aside for a new BBQ after hearing young ambassador Thomas speak. Moved by the gesture, the event’s BBQ sponsor immediately stepped in to gift the donor a brand-new BBQ free of charge.
